The race is just around the corner. I can’t believe we are halfway through August already. Funds from the race support the Loaves & Fishes Dining Room. Imagine how your day would go if when you woke up you had to figure out how to feed your kids in addition to getting to work and the bank and paying the bills. Loaves & Fishes fills this need for hundreds of people each year. The summer lunch program is over. School doesn’t start for three weeks. Where are the kids going to get fed?

Registrations are starting to come in for the race. It is going to be great fun this year. Instead of sending you to a bar down the street, the post race party will feature beer this year! We will still have sandwiches from Wegmans, yogurt, chips, and fruit; all the things one needs to recover in style.
