Did you know nearly 2500 people a month get lunch at the Loaves & Fishes Dining Room? These are your neighbors, people you see in the grocery store, ride the bus with. For many of  us one medical or other financial crisis is all that is between us and the need to rely on places like Loaves & Fishes. Come on out. Volunteer, walk or run. It will be a great time and you will be supporting a great cause!

Thank you to all of our sponsors, to the runners and to the volunteers. The Buffalo Police Department was great, as usual, helping us manage the traffic and the drivers who were a bit frustrated. The neighbors cheering at the finish line were the best.

Check back soon for information about the 2011 race. It will be better than ever.

If you have not signed up yet, there is plenty of time. Race day registration will start at 4:30 at Lafayette Presbyterian Church, 875 Elmwood Avenue.

We also need some volunteers to assist with traffic control. Come support this great cause. If you can volunteer, show up and check in at 5:30 Friday.
